  1. Thank you for stopping by Jennifer! Paying attention and being in tune… hard to sustain for many people, but I believe that’s where the practice of mindfulness and/or meditation helps to build those mental muscles to help us to see and to keep it up!

    There’s a further meaning to those practices apart from just doing it to feel better! Those practices help us to navigate our lives in a deeper way. Much better than numbing out!

  2. This is so true. I feel that in order to be and do our best, we have to pay attention to everything. Sometimes I feel like I do it too much, because then I see less of the finer details. But, as a whole I think it keeps me in tune with my family, friends, and others who I know. Thank you for such an insightful post.
